Peter Billett, Rochester, New York, Dual Fellowship and Examiner, I.S.T.D., former president of the US I.S.T.D., World Champion Adjudicator
Peter is the past president of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance
in the United States. He has also been one of their chief examiners for close to 30 years. Along with his many,
acomplishments Peter has been a Black Pool Finalist in the 10 dance professional division as
well as a U.S. National championship 10 dance finalist; U.K. 10 dance finalist; I.S.T.D. Trophy winner, (London England);
and a World Championship Adjudicator.
Peter has also been a guest lecturer at the Imperial Congress in Worthing, England.
Peter currently resides in Webster, NY. We are honored to have Peter as Chairman of Judges for The Spring Star Ball.

Lori Woods Gay

Lori Woods Gay, New Jersey, New york, Dual Fellowship and Examiner, I.S.T.D., World Champion Adjudicator
Lori comes to us from the Arthur Murray and Fred Astaire schools of dance. Among some of her many accomplishments Lori has won many teacher awards
including Top Teacher at the United States Ballroom Championships. On the competitive circuit Lori has won the title of New England Professional American Style Championship with partner David Rosinski,
Lori has danced in the Blackpool Exhibition with her husband John Gay as well as won the United States Pro/Am
Championships and Grand Championships many times. Lori has been involved with the ISTD on many levels. Along with being one of its' chief examiners she also writes articles for
the ISTD as well as "USA today". Lori is a member of the Fred Astaire National Dance Board and serves on the Executive Committee of the National Dance Council of America.

Peter has been recently elected as the President of the I.S.T.D. in the United States. Along with his I.S.T.D. credentials Peter also has a Dual Fellowship in the New Zealand Federation of Dance Teachers.
Peter is a former South Pacific and New Zealand Champion in both the Standard and Latin styles. He currently owns and operates the “Come Dancing Ballroom Studio” in Tampa, Florida. We are honored to have Peter as a judge at the Spring Star Ball.

Alain Millette, St-Lazare, Quebec, Canada, Alain is the President of the Canadian Dance and Dancesport Council in Canada, (C.D.D.S.C.)
Director of the Quebec branch of the Canadian Dance Teachers Association,
CDDSC representative at the World Dance Council General meeting and for WDC DanceSport,
Vice-President of the Asian Pacific Dance and DanceSport Council. Alain has been involved in ballroom dancing for many, many years. Along with being an international adjudicator
Alain is co-organizer of the "World Dance Trophy Championships" in Montreal, Quebec. We are honored to have Alain judge at the Spring Star Ball.

Mary is a full member in the Canadian Dance Teachers association as well as a full member in the U.S. Imperial Society of Teacher of Dance
and a member of the Canadian Dance and Dancesport Council as a qualified ballroom judge. Mary has been dancing and competing professionally
since the age of 18. Mary has danced and competed in Portland, Oregon as well as Western Canada
before settling down in the toronto area in 1992. She has been competing and teaching ballroom for over 25 year. We are Honored to have Mary as a judge at the Spring Star Ball.

Denis Morissette, St-Eustache, Quebec, Canada, Denis has been a member of the Quebec branch of the CDTA since 1990.
He is also a Member of the board of directors of CDDSC representing CDTA Quebec branch.
With his many years of experience Denis is also a WDC world championship adjudicator and has
judged in most of the CDDSC sanctioned events in Quebec as well as a co-organiser of Fantasia, a CDDSC sanctioned ballroom competition in Quebec.
Denis has been a finalist in many Canadian and North American Championships and has represented Canada at the WDC World Championship.
Denis is currently a Co-owner of a dance school in Quebec with his wife Diane Beaulieu. We are honored to have Denis as a judge at the
Spring Star Ball.

Stephen Murgatroyd, Toronto, Ontario - Stephen is a full member of the CDTA Ontario branch as well as a member of the CDDSC as a qualified Ballroom Judge.
Stephen has been teaching dance for many years and has taught at the Peel Board of Education as well as private schools in the Toronto area. Stephen has
danced competitively since 1979 and has placed as a finalist in many competitions including the Canadian Closed Senior Championships. We are honored

Along with an extensive career Anna has represented Canada and won the 10 dance professional championships in Berlin as well as in Holand. She's also won
the Ballroom Professional championships in Munich, Germany. Anna is an examiner with the CDTA and currently owns a dance studio in Toronto.

Lioudmila Kerbel

Lioudmila has danced and taught dance for over 25 years in Russia and relocated to Canada 10 years ago where she runs a successfull dance studio.
During her career she has won numerous competitions in Russia and was a finalist of the Russian National Championships.
Many of her students have gone on to become national and world champions. We are proud to have Lioudmila as a judge at the Spring Star Ball.
