Please note that The Spring Star Ball organization will be picking up the
CDDSC membership cost for any new Ontario teacher or dancer who wishes to participate in
our competition. Please be sure to tick the right box on the entry form when
you register.
Registrations
The Spring Star Ball is open to any Canadian or American dancer who wishes to participate in our event.
Completed entry forms along with full payment must be received in order for any registrations to be accepted.
Methods of payment
We accept personal cheque, Visa and Mastercard.
(please note that no personal cheques will be accepted after Apr. 1, 2010 - Cash or certified cheque only)
There will be a $25.00 fee on any NSF cheques
We will be accepting cash only at the door for any additional registrations.
Refund Policy
50% refund will be issued on cancellations prior to Jan. 10, 2010
There are no refunds on cancellations after Jan. 10, 2010.
